
Dr. Pritchard
PastorOur pastor is a native of Scotland who served as senior pastor and head of staff for 18 years at Kirk in the Hills, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He started at Christ Church on December 1, 2014. Norman was educated at the University of Glasgow and received his doctorate from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California, in 1991. Early in his career he served significant churches in Edinburgh and West Kilbride, Scotland, and from 1979 to 1995, he was senior minister of The Scots Church in Melbourne, Australia. Norman and his wife, Joan, a retired educator moved to our area following his retirement late in 2014. They have two children, their daughter, Gillian, living in Ontario with her husband and two children and their son, Andrew who lives in California.
Robert S. Romanski
Director of MusicRobert comes to us with outstanding credentials and experience. He was Director of Music Ministries at the Ruskin United Methodist Church since 2006, and is presently an Adjunct Music Professor at the University of South Florida, Barry University and Hillsborough Community College.
Prior to working at the Ruskin church, Robert was Director at the First Presbyterian Church of Brandon. He has been appointed as Director and Principal Conductor of the North Port Symphony. Robert has degrees in Music Education, conducting and Applied Music and has completed his course work in a Ph D. Music Education Program.


Rich Raymond
Facility ManagerRich brings a long and varied experience to the position of building management. A navy Veteran, Rich has owned and managed warehouse and retail space, and apartment buildings for many years. He has managed landscaping and maintenance of the planned community where he lived in Ft. Meyers and served as a Board member there. He is an enthusiastic and energetic man and said that this job was exactly what he was looking for.
Chris Westfall
OrganistOur new Organist is Chris Westfall, a native of Marysville, a relatively small town in central Ohio. While still in high school, Chris studied piano performance at The Ohio State University, then attended the Ohio Peace Officers Training Academy, and served as a Deputy Sheriff for 8 years, left law enforcement to become a Social Worker specializing in Foster Care and Adoption Services. During that time, he changed his course of study to include playing the pipe organ. Being raised a Methodist, he served for 20 years as Organist and ChoirMaster at the local United Methodist Church in Marysville, Ohio.
After serving for five years as Director of Music and Organist at Holy Name Catholic Church in Columbus, Ohio, he accepted a position as Director of Music at St. Stephen Catholic Church (a huge parish of close to 15,000 members) in Valrico, Florida. After 14 years, he left St. Stephen and went on to
serve two smaller parishes until his “retirement” at the end of 2022.


Nancy Prezbindowski
Administrative AssistantNancy Prezbindowski joined the staff of Christ Church as Administrative Assistant on October 31, 2022. Having served as administrative assistant for a Bradenton tin ceiling production company and also employed in the same capacity at an electrical company in Riverview, FL, Nancy brings talent and experience to her job. Born and raised in Manatee County, Nancy graduated from Southeast High School, Bradenton. Nancy has Native American ancestry in the Choctaw Nation, and her husband Josh is of Polish descent. They are parents of son Isaak. Nancy’s hobbies and expertise include working with her husband in car restorations.
Susan Scott
Administrative AssistantSusan Scott grew up in Virginia before moving to North Carolina where she lived for over 25 years. Her parents both graduated from Sarasota High School and her grandparents lived here as well. She knew the area well and moved to Florida summer of 2021. She has two adult daughters. She has a background in Finance and Accounting and is opening her own business too. She also has certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition. She enjoys walking, hiking, fitness, kayaking, cooking and traveling.
